DALLAS SHOWROOM - Shipping / Receiving /Customer Service Coordinator

We are a Texas based luxury plumbing and hardware showroom, seeking an Operations Coordinator in our Dallas showroom.
The coordinator is responsible for:
- Processing inbound and out bound shipments and deliveries. Every delivery must be processed the same day it arrives.
- Vendor follow up on purchase orders and defective merchandise replacement
- Handling product returns and credits
- Interacting with clients at will-call, on the phone and via email
Experience in shipping and receiving, knowing purchasing fundamentals, and possessing direct customer service background is a must as it relates to a SMALL COMPANY.
The applicant must be able to:
- Learn mechanical aspects of plumbing fixtures and door hardware; how it works and how it goes together. We will train.
- Use Microsoft office and use basic computer skills
- Become an active member of the operations team supporting sales
- Handle multiple things at once every day
- Demonstrate good written and verbal communications skills
- Be able to acclimate quickly to a new job and jump right in.
